Breakfast

Our breakfast selection is crafted with care, featuring homemade yogurt, farm-fresh eggs, and seasonal vegetables picked straight from our garden. Breakfast is open to our staying guests 8:00 AM until 10:30 AM, but also to visitors who simply wish to enjoy a wholesome morning in a cozy and welcoming setting, 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM.

The restaurant at Ansel Hotel invites you to discover an authentic culinary journey, thoughtfully divided into two sections. Our traditional menu celebrates the rich flavors of the region, featuring homemade dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients straight from our own farm. A true highlight is the casserole with farm-raised chicken, cooked with care to bring out its natural taste and rustic charm. Alongside this, guests can enjoy a fixed “Grill for 2” menu – the perfect choice for those who appreciate the smoky flavors of freshly grilled meats, ideal for sharing and creating memorable moments together.
